Semi dry curry made with vegetables, bellpeppers and pounded coriander seeds and red chillies.
BHINDI DO PYAZA(Okra)
Fresh okra, medium hot with onion and fresh tomato.

Potato and aubergine cooked with onion, tomato, home-made garam masala with freshly coriander.
CHANNA MASALA
Chickpeas curry cooked with cumin, dry ginger and finished with fresh coriander.
DAL TADKA
Boiled yellow lentils tempered with butter and spices.
PLAIN PAPAD
The Papadum is made from dried lentils; eaten fried or roasted.
MASALA PAPAD
Delicious Indian snack made using roasted or fried papadum topped with a tangy and spicy onion tomato mix.
PANI POORI
Pani poori filled with potato, chickpeas and tamarind with spicy mint water.
ONION BHAJIYA
Crispy onion fritter served with mint tamarind sauce.
SAMOSA (2 PIECES)
A combination of boiled potatoes, peas, raisins and spices are prepared delicately and stuffed inside crispy triangular patty.
